ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Margaret Cole, a farm girl from Ohio, was raised on the values of hard work, resilience, and honesty—principles that shaped her lifelong desire to help others. Her mission became deeply personal after the heartbreaking loss of her baby to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), a tragedy that sparked her passion for children and led her to establish a world-renowned international adoption agency. Under her leadership, the agency facilitated over 8,000 adoptions across more than 10 countries.
In 2016, Margaret's path took a dramatic turn when false charges led to the agency's closure. This experience propelled her to expose the systemic misconduct, overreach, and dishonesty she witnessed within the FBI and broader government institutions.
Following the closure of the agency, Margaret also became deeply invested in the issues of adoption from the child's perspective through Jose's story. 'Jose's Journey' as told through the eyes of the child, details the personal and emotional journey of the adoptee and their family in her series of 5 books from the child's perspective to encourage adoptive families, counselors, and advocates to be more attuned to the unique emotional needs of adoptees.
Fueled by a relentless pursuit of justice, Margaret has since authored a series of groundbreaking books, challenging readers to take a stand and advocate for ethical reform.
